Justin D. Burrow

Justin, a native Houstonian, is a trial lawyer who is committed to defending the rights of the injured and fighting for maximum compensation any time someone refuses to take responsibility for their actions. Representing those in Texas, he has over 20 years of experience representing both individuals and businesses in a long list of legal matters. He now focuses his perseverance, dedication, and hard work on representing the injured. Justin is committed to ensuring that any person who is injured by the misconduct or negligence of others can obtain justice in America’s courtrooms, even when taking on the most powerful interests. Defending justice and safeguarding victims' rights are paramount when holding responsible parties accountable for their actions.

After graduating from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Arts in 1997 with a major in biology and a minor in chemistry, Justin decided to attend law school. He then earned his Juris Doctor in 2001 when he graduated from the South Texas College of Law. At South Texas, Justin was highly involved in the mock trial program and learned to hone his skills to become a voice for victims in the legal system.

Justin is actively involved in local legal organizations with a commitment to help improve the profession and the representation local clients get. This is emphasized through his membership with the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the Houston Trial Lawyers Association, the Texas Bar Foundation, the Houston Bar Association, American Association for Justice, and the Attorneys Information Exchange Group.

Admitted to practice in the state of Texas, he is also admitted to practice before the United States Court of Federal Claims, the United States Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas.

Justin joined Hinojosa Law to focus his practice on victims in catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases, including commercial trucking and auto negligence, products liability, workplace injury, and premises liability.
